Bosch ConnectedWorld 22 - Key Visual & Animation
Visualization
Challenge
After 18 months without any major live events, it is time to think about how these should be designed in the future to offer a concept where no one is excluded. Hybrid events are a solid solution approach! We were therefore given the following task by our long-standing and loyal customer Bosch:
Design a key visual with the corresponding wording, which immediately signals that the BCW22 will be a hybrid event consisting of onsite and online elements and that it’s the leading conference on Ai, IoT and digital transformation.

Evolution
As is usual for a design process, we worked in several iterations to get closer and closer to the ideal implementation. In the process, we took a close look at the company’s values and the message that the event should convey. To do this, we first created a wide-ranging collection of ideas in the form of scribbles, a suitable selection of which was digitised in the digital whiteboard tool Miro. A refined initial vision of the key visual was then finalised step by step.
For this, programmes such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator were used in an interlocking way of working. To create the animation for the landing page, the key visual was brought to life in Adobe After Effects.
